Hello Jenkins Elementary School,

I am Jacquelyn Scott-Bell, the school counselor for students in grades 1, 3 and 5. This is my 12th year working as a counselor for PWCS. I earned my Master of Education in counseling and human development at George Mason University. My goal is to ensure that each student has an awesome school experience. I teach classroom guidance lessons, meet with students individually and conduct small group counseling sessions. My focus is academic development, social/emotional learning, and career readiness. I like to make the lessons fun and engaging and enjoy teaching students practical skills.

I am the author of two children's books: “Bullyanna” and “Diversity is You and Me,” as well as the creator of the Bullyanna animated series on YouTube. In my spare time, I enjoy bike riding, roller skating, and sightseeing. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. We will have a great school year.
