Arrival Procedures

School doors will open at 9:00 a.m. Students will enter through the main school doors (Door 1) and proceed to the classroom.

Please follow the directions of our on-duty staff to ensure the safe arrival of your student(s). Staff duty personnel will be stationed outside and inside the school to direct students to their classrooms.

Dismissal Procedures

All car riders, daycare, and SACC students will be dismissed at 3:50 p.m. Car riders and daycare students will wait in the cafeteria until his/her ride arrives. SACC students will proceed to the gym. Parents of car riders must complete a form and receive a number to ensure proper student pick up. The numbers should be visible in the vehicle. Each number will be called over the radio to notify the staff monitoring students inside. Students will be escorted to the appropriate car.

All bus students will be dismissed at 3:55 p.m. and escorted by teachers. Teachers will verify that each student boards the correct bus. Our Kindergarten students will be called last for dismissal and escorted by teachers and additional staff members to their designated pick-up area.

Our goal is to make arrival and dismissal as smooth as possible.
