Dear Jenkins Parents/Guardians:

Welcome to the start of the 2020-2021 school year! We hope that everyone had a safe and enjoyable summer.  We are pleased to welcome returning and new families this school year. As you know, we will begin the year with distance learning due to the concern of the safety and well-being of the entire school community.  Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions that you may have.  We are in this together!

Welcome Yellow Jacket families!

I hope that you all are healthy, safe, and ready for all that distance learning has to offer us this year!  I know that school may look different this year, and I’d like to thank you for your commitment, flexibility, and patience as we work through this unique school year.  I want to give a big THANK YOU to our staff for all of their efforts to start this school year off as seamless as possible. Our teachers have worked very hard to learn about new avenues for technology, so that your child(ren) can have a meaningful and enjoyable learning experience. Our office and custodial staff have also worked extremely hard in getting the school clean and ready for a great school year. I would also like to thank all of our families for the support that you continue to give. Distance learning is taking us to a new level in education. I am looking forward to our continued partnership with you this year, as it will be a year of perseverance and growth for all! 😊

Sincerely,

Mrs. Chanel Evelyn
